In the cause of national renovation and international integration, our Party determines that building the new socialist Vietnamese person is a strategic task, serving as both the goal and the driving force of national development. Through 40 years of renovation, the archetype of the modern Vietnamese people has been shaped by the convergence of revolutionary ethics, resilience, and the capacity to master technology. The article analyzes the viewpoints of the 14th National Party Congress, clarifying the leveraging role of culture and education in building the new socialist Vietnamese people, thereby proposes several breakthrough solutions.
