Promoting the role of leadership psychology in arising national development aspirations in the 14th Party Congress spirit

Abstract

Leadership activity is not only organizing and directing social resources but also influencing perceptions, beliefs, and motivations to orient social behavior toward common development goals. The article analyzes leadership psychology's theoretical bases from leadership science perspectives, clarifies roles of factors like leadership personality, style, and prestige in forming social trust, and analyzes psychological mechanisms in arising national development aspirations in light of the 14th Party Congress.
