The Journal’s publication ethics policy applies to all parties involved in the publishing process, including the Editorial Board, authors, reviewers, and relevant affiliated organizations.
1. Responsibilities of the Editorial Board
The Editorial Board is responsible for making decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts based on their scholarly merit, as well as their relevance to the aims, scope, and objectives of the Journal.
Editorial decisions are made objectively, fairly, and without discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, nationality, political views, or institutional affiliation of the authors.
The Editorial Board ensures a double-blind peer review process, maintains the confidentiality of both authors and reviewers, and refrains from using unpublished materials for personal purposes.
2. Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by other journals during the review process.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data, research findings, and citations presented in their manuscripts. All sources of data, materials, and ideas derived from others must be properly and accurately cited.
Authors must ensure that all individuals who have made significant contributions to the research are appropriately acknowledged as co-authors and have approved the final version of the manuscript as well as its submission to the Journal.
In the event that significant errors are identified in a published work, authors are obligated to promptly notify the Editorial Board so that appropriate corrections or retractions can be made.
3. Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers are responsible for providing objective, scholarly, and constructive evaluations to enhance the academic quality of the manuscript.
Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents and must not use any information obtained through the review process for personal advantage.
If reviewers identify any conflicts of interest or feel that they lack sufficient expertise to assess the manuscript, they should promptly inform the Editorial Board and decline the review.
4. Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The Journal strictly prohibits the following forms of academic misconduct:
- Plagiarism
- Data or research result fabrication or duplication
- Redundant or duplicate publication
- Self-plagiarism
- Data falsification or manipulation
All submitted manuscripts are screened for similarity prior to being sent for peer review.
Manuscripts found to violate academic integrity standards will be rejected or retracted if the violation is discovered after publication.

Upon identifying or receiving allegations of publication ethics violations, the Editorial Board will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate actions in accordance with established regulations.
Possible measures include:
- Requesting authors to revise or provide explanations
- Rejecting the manuscript
