Vietnam’s development aspiration toward 2045: Scientific and practical foundations

Abstract

The country’s development goals toward 2045 in the spirit of the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress hold strategic significance for the process of building Vietnam into a developed, high-income nation with a socialist orientation. The article contributes to clarifying the historical and practical foundations, as well as the international context of this objective, thereby affirming the feasibility of the national development aspiration in the new period.
