Building a civilized Party in the new era of development

Abstract

The 14th National Party Congress set forth the task of building a civilized Party. To thoroughly grasp and effectively implement this important task, the article clarifies and unifies the perception of the connotation of the "civilized Party" concept, as well as the contents and methods of building a civilized Party. On that basis, it proposes core contents and methods for building a civilized Party, aiming to enhance the Party's prestige and ruling capacity, meeting the requirements of national development in the nation's new era of development.
