Marxist-Leninist views on Party leadership, State management, and the people’s mastery

Abstract

The article outlines the Marxist-Leninist views on the mechanism of Party leadership, State management, and the people’s mastery in the organization and operation of the socialist political system. Accordingly, the Communist Party plays the leadership role, formulating guidelines and orienting development; the State serves as the instrument for exercising the people’s power, managing society by law, and organizing the comprehensive development of all spheres of life; the people are the creators of history, the subjects of power, and the decisive driving force of social development. On that basis, the article emphasizes the dialectical relationship among these three factors, while affirming that ensuring the unity among Party leadership, State management, and the people’s mastery is of great significance to the operational efficiency of the political system, the building of the socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam, and the sustainable development of the country.
