Abstract

The article analyzes the experiences of the European Union (EU) - a pioneering region in green transformation; while also examining Vietnam's current status and gaps in the process of advancing toward green growth and a circular economy. On that basis, the article proposes policy implications for Vietnam during the transition phase to a green growth model and circular economy.
