Independence and self-reliance are consistent principles that play a foundational role and serve as a strategic orientation in the formulation and implementation of the Party's foreign policy to ensure national interests. By clarifying the Party's viewpoints on the independent and autonomous foreign policy, prominent foreign affairs achievements, and Vietnam's role in bilateral and multilateral mechanisms, the article contributes to combating and refuting wrong and distorting allegations against Vietnam's independent and autonomous foreign policy.
