Abstract

The 14th Party Congress identified the policy of building a modern national education system, on par with the region and the world. This is both a correct policy, rich in scientific and practical value, and a central and urgent task to realize the nation's aspiration for advancement. Based on clarifying the core contents of the Party's viewpoint on building a modern national education system, this article proposes solutions to contribute to putting these contents into practice.
