Viewpoints on building a civilized Party in the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress

Abstract

Building and rectifying the Party is a matter driven by objective rules in the development process, determining the status, role, and leadership capacity of the Party. Since its inception, the Communist Party of Vietnam has continuously built, supplemented, and perfected the ideology of Party building, while implementing many solutions for Party building and rectification. The 14th National Party Congress offered more specific viewpoints on building a civilized Party. This is a step forward in thinking, meeting the requirements of Party building work in the nation's new era of development.
