Promoting the people's strength to contribute to successfully implementing the 14th Party Congress Resolution
Abstract
Inheriting and creatively developing Marxism - Leninism, President Ho Chi Minh and our Party have always affirmed that revolution is the masses' cause, with the people as the root and subject of the revolution. In the renewal era, the Party's awareness of people's strength and mobilizing it has been increasingly perfected. The article analyzes theoretical and practical bases and proposes solutions to mobilize people's strength in the new development era.
