Abstract

Developing science, technology, and innovation serves as a strategic breakthrough

for building an independent and autonomous economy in the new era of development. The article analyzes the role of science, technology, and innovation in enhancing the self-reliance capacity of the economy, while pointing out institutional bottlenecks and growth model limitations. On that basis, the paper proposes solutions to develop new productive forces, foster digital transformation, enhance innovation capacity, and realize the goal of constructing an independent, autonomous, and sustainably developed economy in the spirit of the 14th National Party Congress.
