In recent years, amid the comprehensive development of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, material foundation investment activities have expanded in scale and diversity, being implemented across multiple localities, serving diverse types of operations, and utilizing substantial resources. The establishment of the Academy’s Specialized Construction Investment Project Management Board meets the requirement of innovating construction investment management methods toward centralized, unified, professional, and efficient practices.
