Summarizing leadership situations significantly contributes to improving and enhancing leadership capacity for practical actors, developing leadership science, and improving the quality of planning and organizing the implementation of strategies and policies. However, during the process of summarizing leadership situations, numerous difficulties and obstacles inevitably arise. Therefore, this process must ensure certain requirements, such as having clear objectives, open mindset, systems thinking, objectivity, non-bias, respecting privacy, and ensuring clear descriptions while limiting controversy.
