People-centered national governance: Characteristics and implementation mechanisms

Abstract

People-centered national governance is a fundamental requirement for achieving the public purpose of the state and is also a condition for strengthening citizens’ trust in the state. This article analyzes the characteristics of people-centered national governance and clarifies the mechanisms to ensure people-centered national governance in Vietnam today.
