Bài viết phân tích Chương trình hành động thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội XIV của Đảng trong lĩnh vực hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế, đặt trong bối cảnh phân mảnh địa - kinh tế, cạnh tranh chiến lược và gia tăng rủi ro hệ thống toàn cầu giai đoạn 2026 - 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045. Bài viết đóng góp về mặt lý luận khi khái niệm hóa hội nhập như một công cụ kiến tạo năng lực nội sinh, đồng thời cung cấp khung phân tích và định hướng chính sách cho các nghiên cứu thực chứng và hoạch định chiến lược hội nhập của Việt Nam trong giai đoạn phát triển mới.
