Bài viết phân tích kinh nghiệm của Liên minh châu Âu (EU) - khu vực tiên phong trong chuyển đổi xanh; đồng thời xem xét hiện trạng và khoảng cách của Việt Nam trong quá trình hướng tới tăng trưởng xanh và kinh tế tuần hoàn. Trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất các hàm ý chính sách cho Việt Nam trong giai đoạn chuyển đổi sang mô hình tăng trưởng xanh và kinh tế tuần hoàn.
