Biến đổi khí hậu là thách thức toàn cầu, đòi hỏi sự chuyển đổi đồng bộ về chính sách, thể chế và nguồn lực để ứng phó hiệu quả. Bài viết phân tích kinh nghiệm của một số quốc gia về quản trị khí hậu, từ khung pháp luật, chiến lược Net - Zero, cơ chế phối hợp đa tầng tới các công cụ tài chính, qua đó rút ra những kinh nghiệm và gợi mở cho Việt Nam.
